Are you saying that:
- You filed a Federal 1040 tax return but have not yet received a refund, or
- You did not file a Federal 1040 tax return?
Please clarify.
You may amend a Federal tax return if you have filed the tax return and the tax return has been accepted by the IRS.
Amended tax returns are available February 24. See forms availability.
If you do not see last year's information when you log in, you may be using a different account from last year.
Perhaps you can access your old account by going to the Turbo Tax Sign In screen and going down to I forgot my TurboTax User ID or password.
