I went through the loop for a week.
*Make sure your name,email, and address matches on turbo and credit karma.
*Log into intuit to see if your username needs to be updated. (It will show you a success message at top of page if updated)
Although you can sign in with your email. It would not allow me to set my email as my turbo user id. So I selected my user id to basically be my email without the @ example.com
Log out and back in. Hopefully it will work for your guys. Trust me I tried what feels like a million times.
Seems like the common denominator is the user id.
