I disagree my emails are the same but on my turbo tax the first letter is capitalized and the email on my credit karma are all lowercase. They are generally the same. But caps didn't matter in my case. All the signing in and out. I was told it had to be done through the creditkarma page as well. Well it went through on the mobile app at 10:04 central time  01/28/2022. So all that today DID NOT help. All I did was continue to go through the loop in which I did been doing it all day, and eventually it went through. Been doing this since yesterday around this time til now so I'd say 24 hrs it might have refreshed for me or the bug was fixed.
