After you file
Change your email on credit karma then verify it then go to turbo change your email to the same thing and verify it. I also had to change my name on credit karma to exactly what was on my taxes even the middle initial, go a step further and make sure the phone numbers are the same as well to be safe, hope this helps I believe this is the fix both these things combined. My emails were the same on both but when I just started fresh with a new one and fixed my name it went through. If it picks up where you left off and says the same message just do it one more time.
