After you file

@2girlsnme3046 Like with anything else involving credit decisions, pre-approval is not a guarantee of approval.  However, since it is a requirement to have your full refund deposited to the Credit Karma account in order to even apply for the advance, I would think they should either have to 100% accept or deny your application prior to having you agree to send your return to Credit Karma, and only once APPROVED for the advance, have you open the account and agree to have your funds sent there.  If denied it should state the denial right away and then give you the option to have your funds sent to whatever bank you choose.  Since the motivation for the majority of people to open the Credit Karma account and have their refund sent there is solely based on receiving the advance, what they did to you was absolute B.S.  and if I was you I would also be very upset.  I have not been denied, or at least not that I know of, but I have been waiting over 7 full days now and have not even received an email and I am far from the only person with that story.  I'm guessing it's easily thousands or even tens of thousands of people who have had similar issues which is why I am reaching out to an attorney in the morning to find out if this ridiculous situation meets the criteria for a class action lawsuit.  Since I have received letters (and joined) class action lawsuits about things as silly as a company calling me when they were not supposed to, I am going to guess that what TurboTax has done to all of us would certainly meet the criteria, especially since they stand to make tons of money off of everyone that they essentially screwed over.  Normally class action lawyers are able to track down those involved and I would think TurboTax would have to provide everyone's information, but just Incase keep checking back for a post from me about the class action if your interested in joining
