After you file

I keep reading people saying TurboTax has blamed the IRS but they have nothing to do with this issue.  It involves TurboTax, Credit Karma, and First Century Bank.  Based on the size of your tax return and the fact that it is accepted by the IRS, First Century Bank essentially gives a good faith loan to you and it is sent to the Credit Karma Spend card which is the only way to get the advance.  So I'm not sure which of those 3 companies made the mistake or if 2 or even all 3 are part of the problem, but I am fairly certain the IRS has nothing to do with it.  As happy as I am for the people who have gotten their advance, it seems that all of them did not apply until the 24th or later and most of them seemed to be complaining when an hour or two had gone by when the website clearly says only 41% get it in the first hour and 99% get it the first day.  So really those people had no reason to complain at all and were just impatient.  What I have seemed to notice, and maybe I am wrong, please correct me if you know otherwise, is that the people who have not received their advance are all people who applied and were accepted by the IRS prior to the 24th.  Being that EVERYTHING I have read at multiple news outlets said the IRS would not be accepting returns until the 24th but actually started on the 21st, I am pretty sure that is the issue at hand.  Even that I am uncertain of being the issue though because TurboTax is the one who initially notified me on the 21st that my return was accepted.  At this point I am all out of ideas of things to try and I'm just going to wait, I've just been dealing with this issue as long as anybody else so I figured I would share what I know since when I first started trying to find answers there were none.  Good Luck Everybody
