Okay I have the same issue as everybody else I was accepted my federal and state on the 21st, it's still in process from the iris of course and it only opened up on the 24th for them to do so. However I have called all three places Credit Karma TurboTax Intuit emailed I get a run around I'm really tired of it taking up a lot of time and it's ridiculous that I paid $250 for basically nothing when nobody knows a thing and basically makes me feel like an idiot. I qualify for a refund advance and that's what I selected to do so when I filed on the 10th of January I open the Credit Karma debit account I received my card activated it so I have that in check my refund was accepted and it is more than $500 and what other other qualifications in general I know I mean. It says specifically once your refund is accepted meaning accepted by TurboTax I would think cuz it would be processed if it was that to be the official word for a refund Advance it says accepted 48 hours it would take then for your refund advance to be in your account so where are the advances? This is absolutely horrible you know that we are obviously good for the money so why on Earth would you advertise false information and give everybody the hopes that they're going to be able to get a refund Advance hoping to pay off in need that bills whatever for me it's I need major repairs on my car and that's a big thing to me cuz it's me and my eleven-year-old daughter nobody can give any kind of answers and I'm tired of the runaround. I replied to this comment because I saw you mention about that somebody you knew they'd get their advance??? So you do actually know somebody that got an advance then from TurboTax already? I'm not anybody to ever complain really at takes a lot for me to do so but this is absolute ridiculous I'm not cussing but I'm sure everybody knows what I mean any update please let me know thank you so much and good luck to everybody
