I filled on 24-January and is still pending. I prepaid. Whenever I call the 1800 numbers(1-800-446-8848 & 8006249066) I get the same automatic prompts that can’t seem to transfer me to a human but is able to tell me that I haven’t yet filled (even though the website says that my return has been transmitted) so what’s going on?? Either file my taxes or refund my money so I can go a different route after 14 years of filing with TurboTax.
