Same issue and I think I figured it out but haven’t got a solution yet! So I filled these steps:
- Sign in TurboTax if you haven't already.
- On the Tax Home screen with the amount of your refund and status, scroll down and select Add a State (don't worry, we aren't adding a state) to access your tax forms and worksheets.
- In the left menu, select Tax Tools then Print Center.
- On the TurboTax Print Center screen, select Print, save or preview this year’s return.
- On the next TurboTax Print Center screen, select 2021 federal returns and Include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional) then select View or print forms.
- The information will be on the first page, Electronic Filing Instructions for your 2021 Federal Tax Return next to Balance Due/Refund
I found an application was submitted to green dot bank which is not affiliated with first century bank! Green dot is the bank turbo tax used last year so I’m guessing there is an issue in the system where TurboTax is sending applications to green dot bank instead of first century bank.
also when I filed they was not 1 thing that mentioned green dot bank so how the hell is there an agreement for green dot bank to receive any of my information? Waiting to contact TurboTax on this. Cause it all well could be a law suit if they provided info to a bank I didn’t agree to…. Right?!?
