After you file
I filed my 2020 return which had a large amount of unemployment income early last year. After I filed they decided that the unemployment income would not be taxable and the IRS would adjust for same without the tax payer having to do anything. I have never received my additional refund and can't contact a living person at the IRS. I need help going the the right direction.
