I still have not gotten my 2020 refund after 7 months and the IRS has no info on it. Where is it and why can no one tell me its status?

The IRS says they have no record and to reach out to Turbo Tax but apparently speaking to a live person isn't available to me. This is getting absolutely ridiculous and i am essentially being stolen from.
