I have not been able to complete my 2020 taxes (late I know). I never received my 1099 G corrected form. What can I do? I have contatcted the office, but not help.

I have contacted the unemployment office 6 times and I receive less help everytime I contact them. I need my 1099G to complete my taxes. I was on unemployment for 6 months due to C-19, so it is a significant portion of my income for 2020. I don't know what to do. No one seems to be able to help me.
