I have mailed out my paper tax return back in June. I got the confirmation of shipment with tracking number. IRS still has not processed it. Should I resend it?

I have tried to get an answer from IRS but had no luck.  Should I resend it anyways with proof of original filed and shipment date? Is there anyone that is in similar situation?
