Thank you for the reply and the detailed instructions --they make a lot of sense. If I can create a duplicate return/amendment, I will try the steps you described to see if TurboTax restores back to the original return that was e-filed. Since I do not believe TurboTax correctly calculated the amendment, I am concerned more damage will be done to the return -- that's why I need a duplicate.
