This sounds suspicious. The IRS already has your 2020 tax return (assuming that you filed it). Why do they need another copy from you? Are you sure the letter is really from the IRS? What forms is it asking for, and where does it tell you to send them? Does it give a reason that they need it?
What I'm thinking is that it could be a scammer trying to get your tax information.
