How can I find our why our Federal Refund is higher than what we E-Filled?
It was E-Filled on 5/4/21 with a refund of $8,189.00. Within a week it was flagged for review. We tried calling the number listed twice a month and could never get anyone to answer.
On 9/1/21 we received a deposit of $4,291.37 and another one for $3,992.22 on 9/15/21. The total of these two is $94.59 more than our refund.
