I closed all windows. The recovery link just takes me to a login page.
I looked at every option of my Intuit account.
I looked up links for 2020 TurboTax account.
I have no other or multiple accounts.
This leads me no where.
I guess I will have to go to the IRS to get my W2.
What about when I need to file on TurboTax next year and it doesn't have my 2020 tax returns?
I guess there's no point in using TurboTax if it cannot keep record of that information.
By the way, there are issues with the coding on this website.
I tried updating my address on profile with no success either!
