State of AL, received return same as Federal, in February, got Federal, but state still nothing,called 5x and told no action needed,Still nothing.Do I refile next year?

They sent me a letter of fraud,I mailed them the same info used for Federal that was accepted.They asked for a last paycheck stub.I did not send that because it wasn't relevant since my information (w-2) and employer info matched what was e-filed and accepted by the IRS.
