I filed my daughter taxes on May 17, 2021 through the free IRS TurboTax and she has not received her refunds. The IRS nor the State of MI have any record of her ever filing when she enters her information. I kept the information from TurboTax stating how much both refunds are and that she had to pay nothing to file. It now says the deadline to file 2020 taxes is closed. I have no idea what is going on or what to do.
