How did you file the 2019 return--did you efile it, or did you choose to print, sign, and postal mail the return? NOTE: If you chose the option to print, sign, and mail, TurboTax does not mail it for you; you would have had to do it.
If you efiled, are you sure the efile was accepted by the IRS for processing? If you used Online TurboTax, you can check the efile status by logging into your account, and at the Tax Home scroll down and expand the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents." Then choose tax year 2019. What is shown for the status of the 2019 return-- does it say accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?
Also, if you efiled, then when you download your 2019 PDF, look for a page called "Electronic Postmark."
