Like I was expecting, not much help. I have tried this dial-in sequence, and the IRS jumped on it and for lack of exact detail stated "because of the volume of calls please try again later". I have tried as per my log 178 times at all times of the day. Does anyone know what is going on here? I mean, really? TT, why the expanded support agreement and you are nowhere to be found? Amazing.
