Who did you send a picture to? The Taxpayer Advocate? What did you send her a picture of? What did she mean by "its not irs"? Does that mean that the picture you sent her is something that did not come from the IRS? If not, where did it come from? Is it from your state?
It's hard to help you because you have posted bits of information about your situation in three different threads. Anyone who looks at one of the threads does not see the whole picture. Please keep any further discussion of your problem in this thread. Do not start any more new threads about it, or post about it in someone else's thread.
It's also hard to understand your posts because you run all the sentences together. If you post any more, please put a period at the end of each sentence (or a question mark, if it's a question), and capitalize the first word of each sentence.
