I filled my taxes 6 months ago. Now when I try to track my refund that I haven’t received it says my info is incorrect. What do I do

After you file

Just keep waiting.  You are not alone. Millions are still waiting. Turbo Tax only gives you an estimated date. The IRS usually pays most refunds within 21 days. But these are not normal times. This year is taking the IRS longer to send the refunds. There are millions more people filing returns to get the Stimulus payment.

After you file

Use the Chrome browser and clear all browsing data first.  Then make sure you have the exact amount of your federal refund for 2020.  Make sure your social security number and marital status match what is on your return.

The big number on your home screen is a combination of your federal and state refunds/amount owed.  Next to the big number is the federal refund number in smaller type.  That is the one to enter on the IRS site.

After you file

Also be sure that you really filed and it was accepted by the IRS.
