Sorry, but I don't understand all of your issue, and you didn't answer all the questions I asked above.     Please explain more fully, but don't post any personal info in this public forum.     Please answer the following questions:

  1. How did you file?  Does that mean you filed a paper return in the mail and also selected to receive a paper check for your Federal refund? 
  2. If you filed a paper return, did you print, sign, and mail your paper return to the IRS?  
  3. Or did you efile and chose to get a paper check in the mail for the refund? 
  4. How long has it been since you filed the return?
  5. Did you use the Free Edition or a paid edition?
  6. What do you learn when you use this tool at the IRS website to check on your Federal refund? https://www.irs.gov/refunds
