So now, IRS refunded less then what TurboTax calculations were. When I asked why? TurboTax sent me to the IRS website. Didn't I pay YOU (TurboTax) to look into things like this? I go into the IRS and it says it was an error in the filing without telling me what was the error. Yet I paid TurboTax $155 that would cover looking into errors. I had paid extra all these years hoping I never would need it and Now that I need them they don't provide the service I paid for.. what a fraud 😒
