Not possible to e-file? Refund of payment

I went through the process to e-file my returns  including paying $25 to Intuit for the State filing.  However, in the end, the software told me that it is not possible to e-file (due to some AMT calculation worksheet!) and I have to paper file.  Seems like there is no one to contact to ask for a refund of the $25 paid.  How do I get this back?

After you file

You have to contact TurboTax support to request a refund of the e-file fee.  Use the key words Billing Issue

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday
