I got a CP21B letter from IRS stating that my refund was reduced from $1012 to $715. The numbers justifying this do not make sense. I have gotten a tax transcript and the changes do not make sense. All calculations were done on Turbo Tax and all interest, dividends, and capital gains were inputed via the brokerage website.
