i will point out that if you claimed the earned income credit on your 2020 return using 2019's earned income, that return must be manually processed adding weeks to getting your refund.

The IRS Tax Advocate service suggests

What should I do?
Request an expedited refund by calling the IRS at 800-829-1040 (TTY/TDD 800-829-4059).

Explain your hardship situation; and
Request a manual refund expedited to you.
The IRS will likely request documentation of your financial hardship such as copies of shutoff notices, eviction or foreclosure notices, etc., as well as other supporting information like a copy of your tax return with the refund claim. Respond promptly to the IRS’s request

don't be surprised if you don't get through. the IRS is receiving 4 times the normal call volume and doesn't have enough lines or agents to handle all of them.  many get a busy signal. others get through only to be disconnected. all you can do is try
