Dear Turbo Tax.
I am Ho P [address removed]. Follow your company guidance, I already file my tax return and sent it by certified mail in 5/8/2021 before the due date 5/17/2021. But until this time I don't receive my refund is 2436$.00 yet although I sent my requests to IRS by three letters and I didn't receive the feedback from IRS. I don't know what's reason I don't receive my refund above. Please help me to contact with IRS to provide my tax return from your company data that can confirm one more time about my status refund because I couldn't contact with IRS by phone and I really confuse about my case. From the day I sent my file paper to IRS until this time is more than 8 weeks, I don't know what's is that reason. One more time, please help me how to get my refund now. Thank you for help.
