I got blindsided by TurboTax taking $188 out of my account which was supposed to come out of my federal tax refund, I received no notices, no emails, or ANYTHING!! I am currently taking care of my grandchildren and only receive unemployment and the cause of this action, made my account go into the negative!! I'm so upset and pissed off. I'm waiting on my refund check just like you guys are waiting on your money but to just take the money from me without notice is not right🤬🤬🤬ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
