I paid for turbo tax premium but didnt file my taxes at the end since it was a wrong form for my visa (used sprintax). Now I am struggling to get the amount refunded.

Only sprintax supports F1 visa filing. Customer support had no idea on how to reach out to the finance division and clarify the refund request. Filed around 3 intuit refund request and it keeps getting closed without any response.
