the IRS is behind in processing returns - millions of them. some taxpayers who filed inMid_february have not received their refunds as yet. you agreed to have your fees taken out of your refund and if your refund was not processed in a timely manner you authorized Tubotax to use an alternative payment source. if you e-filed did you get an acceptance e-mail? if so the IRS has your return. if you mailed it did you use a method where you would get proof of delivery? most likely the IRS got it but it's sitting in a trailer with thousands of other returns waiting to be processed. have you use the IRS refund tool?
