Fall off whatever fictitious high horse you trot on because if it happened to you and you need the money you wouldn’t be so condescending. There’s a reason people opt for it to be taken out of their refund genius’s and if turbo tax makes an offer that helps, then it’s their agreement to do so. Yet a live person can’t be reached or answer us. It is 100% not one of our faults that refunds haven’t been delivered therefore, TT should stick to THEIR written agreement of taking it from refunds.
