Me either! But turbo tax got their money.. doesn’t matter if they said they’d take it outta the refund or not. They go ahead and take it. Only used them cause it was supposed to b so “fast”.. been over 4 months??! When u call u can’t get anyone butttt if u push the set up payments option on the IRS site. And they think they r gonna get money from u. Someone answers lol. They usually say ma’am this isn’t where you’re supposed to call and I say well I need someone to explain or tell me something this is ridiculous. So thennnn they connect u to someone. Who usually tells ya the same thing like we r way behind. Umm no 💩 clearly.
I got an email from turbo tax that said my state client b taken out of my federal today in regards to a response to a comment on here. Umm yea I knew that. Didn’t ask. 🙄😂.. paid extra for advocate on turbo but wasted money cause they won’t help ya either.. never again. Neverrrr again. And I’ll b tellin all my friends to NOT use them either
