my taxes were accepted (at least turbo tax says they were) but they were kicked to errors department. filed April 12th and it is now July 14th!!!!! I have tried to call but can never get ahold of a real person. I did once after a 2 hour wait to be told we dont need anything from you and we do not know why it was sent to errors but wait 10 weeks. it has been longer than 10 weeks and this is ridiculous. what can i do? is there anyone i can talk to? can i just resubmit my taxes again? this is horrible not knowing and my status on the irs site says that i never filed a return at all because it is still pending. can anyone help?
