I believe a lot of us know that the IRS is back logged. People also know that they can get all others out but they seem to have a hard time with others that has been waiting 4 months at least for a answer about their refund. Most of us can't relate to why they can get checks out there that just filed in April or May but can't get the refunds out there to those that have been waiting since Feb.
