I filed my fed taxes prior to the uce deduction of $10,200 and showed I owed tax, I did not send in a check figuring the IRS would just issue a refund with the new calculations. Today I just received a bill from the IRS for the original bill plus interest and penalties. Do I have to file an Amendment?
