How did you get through to speak to a person? I only get recordings even from the IRS in Washington DC. I may call the White House next. I work in Healthcare and worked through the entire pandemic. My return is "Still being processed". This means absolutely NOTHING. Since the IRS charges us an interest fee, I think they should pay us interest on the refund amount we are getting.
