The IRS has been telling people anything to delay your refund. It was accepted but it's being processed as well as ours since March the 4th.  It's not Turbo's fault that the IRS is delaying our refunds. If you are saying that it's bad customer service on behalf of Turbo then you are wrong. It's bad customer service on behalf of the IRS. If you read what you signed at Turbo you would know they have the right to get paid even though you didn't get refund back yet.
