IRS still has it and they won't be sending them out any time soon. They have to get more out on the last stimulus checks and the up coming child credit checks first. They say they are short handed and etc. etc. etc. but they have no problem getting out the stimulus and now child credit is going to come out on the 15th. So could be August before those that hasn't received refunds before we get our money.
