After you file

I’m in a similar situation. I e-file in April as well. It was accepted instantly. Still being processed as you read this. I have received a letter but (the kicker) it was returned to sender (due to a recent move) and incorrect mail delivery. Postal service error. They can’t track the document/check. So I’m in the dark about what was in the envelope. Good luck calling a human at IRS. It’s telling you to call back another day or some other time. Even for an in-person appointment. So… what is the next step? 

I, too, opted to pay for my services (TurboTax) via refund. But no money… big problem. Let’s talk.
