This is a user community forum, so we can't tell what you purchased for $70. Did you buy 2019 desktop software (CD/download) from TurboTax last year, or did you start a 2019 return online and paid for 2019 Online TurboTax?
At this point in time you cannot prepare a 2019 return online, since Online TurboTax is now only for 2020 returns. However, you can use 2019 desktop software (CD/download) installed on your computer to prepare a 2019 return. The 2019 return has to be printed, signed, dated, and mailed. It cannot be efiled.
If you already paid for a 2019 TurboTax software product as a download last year, then the download should still be in the Downloads section of your TurboTax account. Or did you pay for Online TurboTax last year? If so, then TurboTax Support should furnish you a download of the 2019 software so you can finish.
