Hi @SusanY1, I apologize if this is a little late, but I'm still experiencing the same issue as OP over here. I efiled in 2019, and was confirmed by TurboTax. but I never got my refund for 2019.
Come 2020 and I was told my AGI was incorrect, and I had to file by mail so I did. I got some of my state income taxes back, but not my federal returns, and I still havent received my fed 2019 returns yet either. I just check my transcripts from both 2019 and 2020 and the IRS says I have no record of a processed tax return for either of them, but i ABSOLUTELY filed.
I'm aware the pandemic has caused issues but this has been over a year now since my 2019 return, and they aren't processing my 2020 return either and I have no way to contact them, what do I do?
