This is a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support.  We don't know what you're talking about.   Did you already talk to TurboTax Support?  If so, you may have to talk to them again.    Why does TurboTax Support want any documents?

 

You shouldn't ask for a FAX number in a public Internet forum.   No telling what someone might provide as a scam to get your sensitive info.   If TurboTax Support needs documents and can accept them by FAX, then let them so state and have them assure you that their FAX is secure

 

Talk to TurboTax Support about your issue and let them advise you.
