So to confirm, are you asking about a 2019 return that you efiled several months ago prior to last October's efiling shutdown, and you didn't know until recently that the 2019 return had rejected last year? How did you prepare and efile the return last year--did you use Online TurboTax or the 2019 desktop software?
How did you discover it had rejected? What was the reason for the efile rejection?
NOTE: I hope you didn't use the current Online TurboTax to prepare and efile a 2019 return by mistake. Online TurboTax is now only for 2020 returns.
