California state tax return was e-filed on May 15, 2021 at the same time as my federal return, and within 24 hour both show up in my TurboTax account as "Accepted." California sent me my refund very quickly, federal government deducted the amount I owed them quickly, so it evidently was received just fine by them. IRS website says to allow 21 days processing time for e-filed returns before contacting them. It has now been 32 days, and the IRS site says they still have not received my return and that my return is late, all they offer me is a letter of non-filing. If the return was accepted, why is it still showing up as not received by the IRS?
