Why is it that turbo tax got paid and I didn't. Plus still processing since with irs but approved on feb.11 talk to turbo tax and they tell me its my job to call the irs

why is it that you guys can't do your job and leave it up to us who pay you to do it. Talk to me like I'm stupid. I have been paying taxes over 15years. Time to go back to H&R block.  I am ready to report you guys better business brual. Telling me I have to call irs no thats your job thats what I paid for.
