For 4 years I’ve tried to file taxes and to get my address changed to get my up pin. 3 years they rejected them. This year I filed a paper return in March. I still can not use the where’s my refund tool. I did not receive any of the stimulus checks. I desperately need the money and I can not get anyone on the phone to answer questions or explain. Furthermore I have no reason to use an up pin. A dumb woman misheard something I said 4 years ago when I was inquiring about my refund. That year I filed in feb and got it Jan the next year. I’m losing my mind over this. Can’t retrieve up pin online. Can’t get one over the phone after 4 years of dealing with their bs and Im desperate for what they owe me.
