My Wife and I mailed ours in mid-February, and still have not received ours yet. My wife also filed an ITIN Renewal form with our taxes, that was approved and sent back to us already. So I don't think they know what is going on as First in, First out is concerned. It would be nice if the IRS would get their stuff together! We need that money to help pay the lawyer.
