I'm in the same boat. I've not received my refund and its more then 21 days. I tried to call the IRS and I'm getting the same response as you all have experienced. Its very frustrating. I had no issues in the past. I got my tax refund from my state for 2020 but still waiting on my federal return. It got accepted by IRS same day - first I was getting a refund estimated date on the IRS refund status portal but now its says. "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available."
Any suggestions that can be shared will be much appreciated!
